People who love food have a new focus called the Slow Food Movement. Time is spent preparing whole foods in traditional ways – 0 microwaves, 0 flash freezing, 0 blowtorches. While preparing this issue, I’ve discovered that woodworkers have always understood the beauty that can be wrought by taking your time in the shop.
